Ski and Sport Travel take Responsible Tourism very seriously. Working with young students who are the future of our world, we strive to set and encourage awareness and good practice in this field, which we hope will make our world a better and more sustainable place to live. We work continuously to review how, in all our tour operations, we can achieve our aims of awareness and best practice in Responsible Tourism. We are also happy to discuss with all our party leaders how we can work together with your party to encourage best practice and awareness on your tour.

All our suppliers are working with us to reduce waste, minimise fuel burn, recycle and look at all areas of their operations to identify more ways to improve sustainable tourism. We also encourage and believe in respecting local cultures, traditions and environment and work hard to minimise the impact our operations cause in such areas.

School Travel Forum & Learning Outside the Classroom

Ski and Sport Travel is an assured member of the School Travel Forum (STF) and in booking with us you can be confident in the knowledge that we:

STF membership is the benchmark for good school tour providers; consequently it is an awarding body for the prestigious Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge and The Outdoor Education Advisors Panel (OEAP) endorses the quality badge and requests local authorities to recommend the use of badged providers. As Ski and Sport Travel are holders of the LOTC Badge this gives piece of mind to our travellers that all our transport operators and resort providers are fully audited fit for purpose. This means that you can book your trip with confidence, meet your due diligence and reduce the amount of external provider paperwork necessary.
