This picturesque valley at the Tyrol region of Austria attracts skiers throughout the season due to its excellent snow record and the all year round skiable area of the Stubai Glacier at the end of the valley.

Each village is unique in its own right and Fulpmes itself has its own ski school and ski area. It also has the option of a local lift pass or the area pass to cover the other villages together with the Glacier itself.

SKIING
The 4 skiing areas of the Stubai Valley provided a huge variety of skiing fun. The Series Family skiing area in Mieders, the Schlick 2000 ski centre in Fulpmes, the 11er lifts in Neustift and the largest all year round skiing area in Austria, the Stubai Glacier, provide a total of 140km of pistes served by 36 ski lifts.

A large portion of the area is supplemented by snow making facilities and some three quarters of the area is suited to beginner and intermediate skiers. Snowboarders are also well catered for with a natural fun park located in the Schlick 2000 Ski Centre together with several boarding areas on the Glacier itself.
